We combine intelligent search, real-time pricing, and day-by-day itinerary generation with the support of licensed travel professionals who can review and finalize your booking.

2. Travel Agency & Trademark Notice

Dream Cruise Agent, LLC is an independent, licensed travel agency and an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, able to sell and book Disney Cruise Line and other Disney vacations. While we are an authorized seller of Disney vacations, Dream Cruise Agent is a separate, independently owned company — we are not The Walt Disney Company or Disney Cruise Line, and this website is not an official Disney website or publication. All Disney and Disney Cruise Line names, ship names, logos, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive and informational purposes only.

3. Informational Purposes Only

All cruise information, pricing, itineraries, availability, and recommendations are provided for general informational purposes and are estimates only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You must verify all details with the official cruise line or an authorized travel agent before making any booking decision. We make no warranties regarding accuracy.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our AI assistant generates responses automatically and may produce errors or inaccuracies. AI recommendations do not constitute professional travel, financial, or legal advice. Use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals as needed.

5. Bookings, Suppliers, and Third-Party Links

When you book a cruise or related travel through us, Dream Cruise Agent acts as a travel agency arranging services provided by third-party suppliers, including Disney Cruise Line and other cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Those services are subject to the supplier's own terms, conditions, fare rules, and cancellation policies, and all travel is ultimately provided by and subject to the policies of the applicable supplier — not Dream Cruise Agent. The Service may also contain affiliate links to third-party booking platforms; we are not responsible for the content, products, pricing, or policies of those third parties, and any transaction you make on their sites is between you and that third party.

6. Itinerary PRO Subscription & Billing

Dream Cruise Agent offers an optional paid subscription, “Itinerary PRO,” which unlocks additional planning features. Itinerary PRO is a $4.99 per month auto-renewable subscription, offered with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Billing & auto-renewal: After any free trial, the subscription automatically renews each month at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Where you're billed:If you subscribe in our iOS or Android app, payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account and the subscription is managed through that account's settings. If you subscribe on the web, billing is handled by our payment processor (Stripe).
Managing or cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID / Google Play account settings (for app purchases) or from your account on our website (for web purchases). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Refunds:Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' refund policies. Web purchases are handled per our billing processor's policies; contact us with any billing questions.

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, the Apple Terms of Use (EULA) also applies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the Service
Scrape, copy, harvest, or resell our content, data, or output without permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, prompts, models, or structure of the Service or any of its software or components
Use any automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers, or data-mining tools) to access, extract from, or interact with the Service without our prior written permission
Copy, imitate, or use our content, design, user interface, or software to build, train, or improve a competing product or service
Misrepresent your identity or provide false information

8. Intellectual Property

The Service's original content, design, and software are owned by Dream Cruise Agent and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Cruise Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to booking errors, travel disruptions, or reliance on inaccurate information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dream Cruise Agent, LLC in Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
